On March 16, 2023 Confidence Group held a training seminar on the basis of the Russian Foundation for Economics and Management, dedicated to the topic of attracting foreign labor in 2023. The event was attended by heads and specialists of personnel services, employees of HR departments, lawyers in the field of labor law.The program was designed for the whole day, so the speaker Sofia Batura managed to highlight all the changes in legislation and the peculiarities of labor relations with workers from other countries, innovations in the field of migration registration, and the procedure for interacting with Russian government agencies.

• "visa-free" foreigner - a patent, the procedure for obtaining and terms of obtaining, renewal, grounds for revocation of a patent.
