Last week, the American Chamber of Commerce organized a meeting of the HR Committee.
Our company has been a partner and full member of AmCham since 2009. The opinions of Confidence Group experts are highly valued by the organizers and participants of the meetings regularly held by the chamber. Therefore, Sofia Batura was among the invited speakers of the event.
The topic of Sofia’s speech was devoted to changes in migration rules, breaches and violations and liability for them in 2022, the rules for attracting highly qualified foreign specialists (HQS), the consequences of the lifting of COVID restrictions and new rules for medical insurance of foreign citizens.
More than 130 members of the American Chamber of Commerce took part in the seminar. Lawyers and HR specialists of the companies have presented important information and experience of employers in the conditions of mobilization, cases of interaction with military commissioners.
