- from the states indicated below and from the Republic of Belarus;
through air checkpoints across the state border of Russia;
- if they have a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19 performed no earlier than 72 hours before arrival in Russia.
At the same time, please note that in order to enter the territory of Russia from the EAEU member countries from January 9, 2021 (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan (more details here), these foreign citizens are required to upload the result of the PCR test in the application "I travel without COVID-19".
