According to the official website of Rospotrebnadzor, over the past four months there have been a steady decrease in the intensity of the COVID-19 epidemic process in Russia.
As the epidemiological situation improves, the restrictions previously introduced due to the coronavirus pandemic are being partly lifted, in particular, the mask regime is canceled, the ban on catering at night and a number of other previously introduced restrictive measures are suspended.
The report says that the situation with coronavirus remains under strict control of the Rospotrebnadzor, and if the situation with COVID-19 worsens, restrictive measures may be resumed.
Although Rospotrebnadzor provided clarifications on the possibility of non-compliance with self-isolation for arriving foreign workers, at the moment the order of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 9 dated 30.03.2020 foreign citizens arriving for the purpose of carrying out labor activities (clause 6.1). In addition, foreign citizens arriving by air to Russia must have a medical document in Russian or English confirming a negative PCR test result for COVID-19, received at least 2 days before arrival in Russia.
