From that date, travel from Russia to Germany is permitted for all travel purposes (including tourism). For entry into Germany no proof of vaccination, recovery or PCR testing is required any longer.
To visit Germany, Russian citizens will need only a passport and a valid visa.
It is assumed that the current easing will be valid until the end of August 2022. The German authorities do not exclude the re-imposition of restrictions in the event of a change in the epidemiological situation.
But the issuance of visas for travel with the purpose of tourism at Russian Embassy of Germany at the time of June 14 had not resumed.
