After filling out the declaration a QR code is generated (valid for 48 hours), it is necessary to print or save it in your phone, and then present it when passing through passport control.
Neither a vaccination certificate nor a PCR test for COVID-19 is required. However, it is also recommended to double-check this information with the hotel where you plan to stay in advance, as accommodation facilities may have their own conditions.
