At the moment, accompanying members of HQS families face difficulties to enter the Russian Federation.
Due to the fact that Order No. 1671-R from 25.06.2020 and Order 635-R from 16.03.2020 of the Government of the Russian Federation among the listed exceptions for entry to Russia there is no mention of entry to the Russian Federation of HQS family members, respectively, entry to Russia as an accompanying family member is impossible.
Therefore, only a few manage to enter the Russian Federation and only if they have other reasons, as we wrote earlier.
Due to this circumstance, many business communities send requests to the Government of the Russian Federation with a request to allow the entry of accompanying members of the HQS family. But a definite response to the requests has not yet been received.
