Thus, a report on the salaries or remuneration of the HQS during the 2nd quarter of 2022 must be submitted no later than July 29, 2022.
The second quarter of 2022 was a record in Russia for the entire history of the dismissal of foreign citizens. Some HQS employers mistakenly decided that after the HQS is dismissed, the obligation to send a report on the salaries had been paid to the HQS is no valid. Unfortunately, this is not the case, the employer is obliged to notify the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the salaries paid to all HQS during this period, including for foreign employees who has been dismissed.
Please note that if you do not send this report or violate of the established procedure and (or) form of a report, administrative penalty is established in the form of a fine for officials in the amount of thirty-five thousand to seventy thousand rubles; for legal entities – from four hundred thousand to one million rubles.
