Starting from October 1, 2016 Confidence Group joined the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce (FRCC).
Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce is the largest business association in Russia with more than 850 members - the largest Russian and foreign companies. The mission of the association is to promote companies’ business and competitiveness as well as economic relations in Russia and Finland.
Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce Membership provides Confidence Group with effective business opportunities, business partners, and exchange of experience. Taking part in the FRCC Committees and Meetings we believe Confidence Group will become closer to its’ clients promoting innovating approach, awareness, responsibility and confidence in Migration, Visa and Relocation issues over the FRCC members.
In continuation of the theme, Confidence Group is pleased to announce that event in cooperation with the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce was successfully held.
On September 30, 2016 representatives of more than 10 major companies attended the round table on topic "Minimizing risks during the inspections of organizations by the competent authorities" (immigration to Russia issues) held in the FRCC's office. The speaker of the event was Sofia Batura, expert in immigration and labor legislation.
The following questions were offered for discussion:
- Types of administrative violations of migration and labor legislation of Russia and responsibility.
- Administrative expulsion or deportation?
- Ban on entry to Russia for a foreign citizen.
- The procedure for appealing decisions on imposing administrative liability.
- Violations of immigration legislation by employers.
- Types of inspections and legal documents regulating them.
- The procedure for conducting inspections.
- The employer's actions during inspections.
- Explanations of company employees and foreign citizens.
- Preparation for planned and unplanned inspections by the GU of Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- The GU of Ministry of Internal Affairs checks for the actual location of the organizations.
