The Moscow Department of Labour and Social Protection responded to a request from Confidence Group company by providing clarification on the procedure for submitting an application on the need to employ foreign workers in terms of compliance with the deadline for applying to the State Employment Centre of Moscow.
Please note that in accordance with clause 21 of the Recommendations for completing the application form approved by Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 27n of 23 January 2014, it is stipulated that columns 29-30 of the application form shall contain information about the employer's request to the state employment service institution (employment centre) for assistance in selecting necessary employees in the profession (speciality, position) specified in column 3 of the application form during the three months preceding the date of the employer's application.
The Moscow Department of Labour and Social Protection reported that an employer may contact the Moscow Employment Centre on any day during the three months prior to the date of application for hiring foreign workers in the Migration Quotas AIC. At the same time, the information on available jobs must be up-to-date until the worker is employed.
Please be reminded that in order to receive a quota for foreign workers in 2021, you must submit an application on the need to hire foreign workers. Applications are accepted in accordance with the timetable posted on the official portal of the Moscow Department of Labour and Social Protection.
