Resolution of the Russia Government as of December 12, 2015 №1358 set allowed proportion of foreign workers employed by business entities engaged in activity in certain types of economic activities in Russia in 2016.
This regulation applied to business entities operating in Russia, excluding the territory of the Republic of Crimea, Kabardino-Balkaria, Krasnodar region, Stavropol region, Astrakhan region, Volgograd Region, Voronezh Region, Lipetsk Region, Moscow Region, Rostov Region and Saratov region.
The Decree of the Government states some activities under the National Classification of Economic Activities (NACE 2) OK 029-2014 (NACE Rev. 2) and the corresponding allowable proportion of foreign workers.

Business entities that are subject to this Resolution of the Government of Russia, are obliged to bring the number of foreign workers employed in accordance with the resolution by January 1, 2016
