On June 28, 2019 the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow and the Moscow Region temporarily stopped accepting documents for issuing electronic invitations for foreign citizens to enter Russia.
The resumption of the reception will be announced later.
Also since July 1, 2019, MIA of Russia in the Moscow region (Moscow, Solyanka St., 9) will accept only payment orders paid from the company's settlement account and received in a bank with a blue seal of the bank for processing invitations.
