Confidence Group would like to remind that starting from August 8, 2016 Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry (previously FMS), located at St. Verhnyaya Radishchevskaya, 4, office 107, moved to the new address: St. Boyarsky Pereulok, 4.
Previously, companies - members of various associations and chambers (American Chamber of Commerce, the Association of European Businesses and others), have the right to submit documents for HQS work permits as well as invitations directly at the Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry (St. Boyarsky Pereulok, 4).
At the moment due to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs V. Kolokoltsev as of September 9, 2016 №1 / 9209 "On the organization of functions and powers in migration sphere by the territorial bodies of the Russian Interior Ministry" procedure of documents submission has changed.
After this order only companies with legal address in Moscow and who are active member of various associations (membership is checked by Russian Interior Ministry) have the right to submit documents for HQS work permit and invitations directly at the Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry (St. Boyarsky Pereulok, 4). All other association member companies, not registered in Moscow, no longer have the privilege to submit documents at Boyarsky Pereulok, 4.
Moreover stating from November 3, 2016 representatives of member companies can not submit documents independently. Only authorized employees of chambers and associations have the right to submit documents for HQS work permit and invitations, work permits renewal, changes to work permits in connection with the change of the passport / position. This method of documents submission will complicate the total procedure, extend the time of documents consideration and cause delays in receiving of ready documents.
