Starting from 12 July 2016 the Department of Migration issues of the Ministry of Interior affairs in Moscow (Pokrovka str., 42) has changed the adressee in the application forms for invitation letters, visas, migration registration and other documents.
All application forms shall be addressed to the Head of the Department of Migration issues of the Ministry of Interior affairs in Moscow, Rogov Vladimir Viktorovich.
