The Head of the Main Directorate for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Valentina Kazakova, reported that amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia related to the liability of foreign citizens for committing administrative offenses are currently being worked out in an interview with Interfax.
Thus, the relevant changes will tighten the rules of stay for foreign citizens, now they will be expelled from Russia for worse administrative offenses. In particular, such violations will include violations of public order.
