As part of the first day of the course a step-by-step algorithm for processing documents for attracting foreign citizens from visa and visa-free countries with the Russian Federation, the necessary documents and features of their execution, problems and restrictions for employers with the involvement of foreign employees and a discussion of the main proposed changes in migration legislation from 2024 will be considered. |
Announcement: As part of the second day of the course we will consider the general procedure for passing medical examination and fingerprint registration procedures by foreign citizens from visa and visa-free countries with the Russian Federation, as well as legislative contradictions in the requirements for re-passing these procedures for HQS. We will also talk about the new obligation to apply for VHI by foreign citizens, describe cases where employers need to provide VHI, as well as the procedure for deductions from labor income of various categories of foreign citizens. |
