On February 10, 2016 the Order of the Russian Ministry of Labour, extending the list of quota-free positions of foreign workers for nine new positions, was adopted
The list of professions (specialties, positions) of foreign citizens - qualified specialists, who are not covered with quota on issuance of work permits for visa-regime foreign citizens, was supplemented by the following 9 professions (specialties):
- director (head) of the hotel (camping, pension);
- director of a base (tourism);
- instructor-methodologist of tourism;
- manager (in the catering and hotel services);
- headwaiter (administrator of trading hall);
- organizer of trips (excursions);
- translator of technical literature;
- club head (clubs, team, amateur associations, studios, tourist groups);
- chief-cooker.
