The rules of entry to Vietnam have changed since February 09, 2022:
- Russian citizens who have not been vaccinated, but who have been ill with COVID-19 are allowed to enter;
- the certificate from Gosuslugi in printed or electronic form in English with the passport data is accepted as a certificate on the recover from Covid-19;
- the certificate is valid for 6 months from the moment of recovery;
- if a tourist was vaccinated less than 1 year ago by Sputnik V, then revaccination is allowed with any vaccine, the same applies to tourists who were ill immediately after vaccination, as a result of which they were replaced by the QR code of the vaccinated with the QR code of the ill.
