According to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated 06.08.2021 No. 591 "On Amendments to the Procedure for the Deportation of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and its territorial bodies, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia No. 239 dated April 24, 2020", the decision on cancellation of the decision on deportation in respect of a stateless person is prepared by the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia or its territorial bodies, which had previously made a decision on deportation, within three working days.
Further, the decision to cancel the deportation is made by signing his draft by the head of the institution within two working days from the date of its submission.
After that, within three days, this decision is sent to the territorial authority, where this stateless person is registered, and announced to him.
