At the end of December 2021, the Cypriot authorities decided to reduce the validity of vaccination certificates to seven months. In this regard, tourists have the following options:
• to enter with certificate which has 1 year validity, but after 7 days do the PCR-test to visit public places;
• be revaccinated.
Previously, Russian tourists had to undergo re-vaccination with the two-components of « Sputnik V». From January 06, 2022 Russian tourists who have been previously vaccinated with two-components of «Sputnik V» can undergo re-vaccination with «Sputnik Light» to extend the validity of the vaccination certificate.
We also remind you that from December 15, 2021, all tourists must undergo express test within 72 hours after arrival in Cyprus.
