Confidence Group informs on increase of failures by the Department of External Labor Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia when applying for foreign labor hire permits.
The Confidence Group Company informs that according to statistics, from 80 to 90% of employers applying for permission to foreign labor hire receive recent refusals. Moreover, refusals are issued both if the employer has a quota, so when applying for registration of foreign workers without taking into account the quota (quota-free positions).
The reasons for refusal when applying for foreign labor by employers are:
- The presence of workers from among Russian citizens in an attracted position.
- The absence of the necessary certificates from employer, for example special assessment of working conditions at the workplace.
- Lack of registration of organization in the system of quotas for jobs.
- The employer's lack of information on vaccination of foreign workers against measles.
- The employer has tax arrears.
Confidence Group recommends that all employers, before applying to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for obtaining foreign labor hire permits, resolve all their shortcomings associated with mandatory procedures provided for by the legislation of Russia.
Unfortunately, the trend of giving failures to employers when applying for a foreign labor is only gaining momentum and, unfortunately, there is no need to wait for relief in this matter.
