Experts of Confidence Group are currently actively working on preparation of an opinion for the Ministry of economic development of Russia, on the basis of which the migration legislation will be amended, the deadline for which is the end of 2019.
In this regard, we kindly ask you to share with us:
- your suggestions (or vision) to improve the existing mechanism for attracting foreign highly qualified specialists (HQS) to Russia, including reducing wages (remuneration), as a HQS criterion.
- your opinion on the question of establishing additional criteria that would allow determining the status of the HQS (as can be checked (including by the Russian MIA bodies) qualification of the HQS in order to exclude the involvement of low-skilled specialists).
