The Confidence Group Company takes part in solving the problem in connection with refusals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia to obtain permits foreign labor hire to organizations.
We have repeatedly encountered the fact that when applying for permits for foreign labor hire, employers indicated the number of their foreign workers at the time of filing the documents and received a refusal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, because data on the submitted notifications of concluded and terminated contracts with foreign employees in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for various reasons did not coincide with reality.
Representatives of the Confidence Group Company held a meeting on this issue with Vasilyev, Deputy Head of the Department on migration issues of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow. During the meeting, it was agreed that the Confidence Group Company will consolidate these cases of refusals in the preparation of the indicated documents to various organizations for their joint consideration with the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the development of preventive measures.
Based on the foregoing, Confidence Group Company asks organizations faced with such a situation and interested in resolving these issues to provide Confidence Group with information about situations that have arisen with refusals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to apply for permits for foreign labor hire.
