On December 3rd, 2022, the American Chamber of Commerce hosted a gala award ceremony in five categories:
· Company of the Year, small and medium businesses.
· Company of the Year, large international business.
· Business person of the year.
· Friend of the American Chamber of Commerce.
· Chairman of the AmCham Committee 2022.
Confidence Group received well-deserved recognition from the Russian and international business community in the American Chamber of Commerce in 2022, having won the honorary award in the nomination of “Best Small and Medium Business Company in Russia”
The award is given to a small or medium-sized business with an annual turnover of up to $100 million that has achieved exceptional success in the Russian market. The company must demonstrate sustainable results and commitment to the Russian market, embody the values of entrepreneurship and innovation, inspire the spirit of entrepreneurship and be an example for other companies in the Russian market, and comply with high standards of business ethics.
Confidence Group is grateful to the American Chamber of Commerce, the largest business organization in Russia, uniting hundreds of well-known world and Russian companies, for such a high recognition of our work and achievements. We thank its members and all partners, as well as employees of the Confidence Group, without whom it would not have been possible to achieve such results and officially receive the title of the Best Company of the Year among all small and medium-sized businesses, regardless of their type of activity!
In 2022, we celebrated our 15th anniversary. For many years, Confidence Group has been a leader in the field of migration, visa and business consulting with a market share of about 15%. The last few years have been incredibly difficult for the entire business community, but Confidence Group, successfully resisting all hardships, restrictions and sanctions, participating in legislative activities, adjusted to perfection channels for informational and educational activities, ensured the uninterrupted provision of services of the highest quality, preserved and increased market share, received official recognition of its achievements.
What have we done in 2022?!
1. We sent more than 100 newsletters with more than 500 news, articles and other publications to subscribers of the Confidence Group News Agency (SMI EL No. ФС77-67213 of September 21st, 2016), the number of which increased to 6 000 people.
2. Organized and conducted more than 45 training webinars with a total number of listeners of more than 1000 people both on our own platforms and on the platforms of various organizations, including the American Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the EastCham Finland Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Russian-Finnish Chamber of Commerce) and others.
3. We supported active interaction with government organizations in terms of information and educational and legislative activities in the migration and visa area, such as: the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor, the Economics and Management Foundation, the Institute of CIS Countries and other organizations.
4. Initiated more than 100 appeals to the state authorities of the Russian Federation in order to clarify the controversial issues of the current migration legislation, details of legislative acts that came into force in 2022, including on medical examination and fingerprint registration of foreign citizens, the gradual lifting of restrictions on entry and exit from the Russian Federation.
5. Compiled several petitions to the State Duma of the Russian Federation to correct legal conflicts in migration legislation.
6. Provided over 150 free consultations related to Covid and sanctions restrictions.
7. Invited to join the Commission on labor migration of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. We took part in several meetings of this commission on the topic of attracting foreign workers in the new economic conditions, as well as discussions of bills that in the near future involve fundamental changes in the entire migration legislation of the Russian Federation.
8. We initiated the creation of the Migration Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and became its Chairman.
9. We have provided more than 10 000 services for more than 500 Russian and foreign organizations and for several thousand individuals.
10. We increased the company's market share, which is more than 15%, introduced several new services, including support for the relocation of businesses and individuals to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11. Received hundreds of positive feedback on the processes of providing services, on information and educational activities. Lost 0 clients due to dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided.
12. In order to circumvent sanctions, we have opened accounts in several currencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
13. Taking care of the convenience of customers and partners, in 2022 we updated and implemented a whole range of marketing tools:
· launched a new, modern, bilingual site, characterized by friendly usability and concise design, opened various additional channels for users to contact, providing an instant response;
· implemented a new CRM system, organized an analytical system for accounting and controlling the processing of all requests, fully automated request forms, news subscriptions, registration for events, creating and sending newsletters, receiving feedback, and much more;
· modernized the work of the Company's Quality Service through a new virtual PBX, which strengthened the data storage security system;
· implemented a new personal data processing system in accordance with the adopted relevant legislative act.
The mission of Confidence Group has not changed. In recent years, we have seen that our activities have always been and will be aimed at supporting the Russian and international business community. This is informational and educational work, optimization and improvement of migration and visa legislation, solving Client issues of any complexity with active interaction with public and government organizations. This is a simplification of the requirements for attracting foreign citizens, improving the conditions for their stay and employment in the Russian Federation. As a result, this is an improvement in the investment climate and business attractiveness of the Russian Federation.
