The Latvian authorities are ready to accept tourists vaccinated with vaccines not recognized in the EU, but with a negative PCR test.
Thus, from March 1, 2022, Russian tourists who do not have a single European covid certificate will be able to visit the country on the basis of a vaccination certificate, a certificate of recovery from a coronavirus infection, or a PCR test.
Also, Latvia stops dividing countries into categories according to the risk of infection, and tourists will no longer have to use the local platform "Covidpass.lv".
