The Confidence Group company informs that the Department on migration issues of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow region conducts multiple checks of the presence of notices of the conclusion (the termination) of employment contracts, as well as notifications of payroll for foreign highly qualified specialists. We recommend to all employers of the Moscow region to check whether all the requirements of the Federal Law «On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation» have been complied, including these notifications and the deadlines for their submission.
We also draw your attention to the fact that in other regions of the Russia the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has started to initiate inspections of organizations for migration legislation compliance more frequentrly.
