In early February 2021, in Moscow and the Moscow Region, the Ministry of Social Development published schedules for accepting applications from employers to attract foreign workers for 2021-2022. Applications are submitted in accordance with Order No. 27n of the Ministry of Labor of Russia as of January 23, 2014.
