The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia signed Order No. 826n dated November 25, 2021 "On Amendments to Appendices No. 1 - 3 to the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia dated December 10, 2020 No. 878n" 2021 is the year of quotas for the issuance of foreign citizens arriving in Russia on the basis of a visa, work permits and invitations to enter Russia in order to carry out labor activities. "
This order made changes to the distribution of quotas for the subjects of Russia for 2021 for the issuance of work permits and invitations to enter Russia to foreign citizens from visa countries in order to carry out labor activities.
In general, it slightly reduces the number of possible work permits, as well as invitations, for example, in the Central Federal District, instead of 21,000 work permits, it is now possible to issue only 20,838.
This order entered into force on December 17, 2021.
