Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia as of June 21, 2018 No. 398n redistributed quotas of work permits, work permits for professional groups and invitations to enter Russia for foreign workers by subjects of Russia.
Amendments were made in Appendices N 1-3 to the order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia as of December 15, 2017 No. 848n. Quota values were increased for all positions. Most of the numerical values of quotas were increased, but some quotas were reduced.
