The Ministry of Labor of Russia has prepared a draft amendment to the Order of the Ministry of Labor providing for a list of professions of foreign citizens who are not subject to quotas for labor activity in Russia.
These changes involve the expansion of the list to 92 professions.
As new professions in the draft list added:
- Pediatric surgeon.
- Doctor otorhinolaryngologist.
- Doctor-phthisiatrician.
- Dispatcher.
- Test and measurement engineer.
- Modeling engineer.
- Engineer for relay protection and automation.
- Software engineer.
- Master of technological equipment repair.
- The machinist in the open cast mining.
- Mechanic sewing, cutting equipment.
- The operator of the warehouse account (nomenclature of materials) in the system of identification of the bar code designation.
- The operator of technological installations.
- The operator of digital sewing equipment, sewing special automatic equipment.
- The operator of digital cutting systems.
- Mechanic on repair of technological installations.
- Repairman sewing equipment, cutting equipment.
- Technologist of machinery and equipment.
- Electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
The project proposes to remove the following professions from the current list:
- Quality Engineer.
- Engineer for aircraft and engines.
- The headwaiter (the administrator of the sales area).
- Translator technical literature.
- Chef-cooker.
