On May 31, 2019, the Ministry of Labor of Russia published a draft Decree of the Government of Russia on acceptable shares of foreign workers in certain areas of economic activity in Russia.
The following distribution is accepted, which coincides with the approved for 2019:

Retail drugs in specialized stores (pharmacies) (code 47.73) | 0% |
Retail trade in non-stationary objects of trade and markets (code 47.8) | 0% |
Retailing other stores, stalls, markets (code 47.99) | 0% |
Activity of other land passenger transport (code 49.3) | 26% |
Activity of road freight transport (code 49.41) | 26% |
Sports activities other (code 93.19) | 25% |
The difference from the current distribution is that the share in the construction industry (80%) will not apply to the Republic of Buryatia, the Amur Region and the city of Moscow. The remaining shares apply to all subjects of the Russian Federation.
