The Ministry of Labor of Russia has developed a draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the need to attract foreign visa workers, including priority professional qualification groups, and the approval of quotas for 2019.
The draft provides for defining for 2019 the need for attracting foreign visa workers in the amount of 144583 people. Also provides a quota for 144583 work permits and invitations to enter. The project also provides for the distribution of needs by vocational qualification groups.
