The quota was increased to 155,929 work permits and invitations to enter Russia compared to 2023 (for 2023 the quota was set at 123,943).
In a number of regions the following quotas have been established:
- Central Federal District - 27,057
- Moscow - 3255
- Moscow region - 11,250
- St. Petersburg - 2408
- Leningrad region - 15,196
The quota reserve for Russia for 2024 is set at 51,976.
