On January 29, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Labor as of December 24, 2018 N 832n, approving distribution of quotas for issuing work permits and invitations to enter Russia to foreign citizens will come into force.
The quota was reduced to 144583 work permits and invitations to enter Russia. Previously, the quota size was equal to 177043. It provides for the distribution of quotas for issuance of work permits by subjects of the Russian Federation and by professional qualification groups, as well as the distribution of quotas for issuing visas for subjects of the Russian Federation.
