In continuation of our news about the planned change in the validity period of certificates of the absence of HIV infection for foreign citizens, as well as medical documents, the Ministry of Health of Russia published its order No. 94n dated February 21, 2022 "On Amendments to the Procedure ...".
According to the order, the following changes come into force on March 1, 2022:
- mandatory testing for a new coronovirus infection has been excluded from the list of necessary examinations;
- the validity period of the certificate and medical reports has been extended to 12 months.
In this version of the order, the clarifications that the validity period of the certificate and medical reports, set at three months, are the terms of their validity for presentation to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, have been removed.
At the same time, the procedure approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated June 29, 2015 No. 384n is currently in force, which also assumes that the certificate and medical report are valid for three months from the date of their issue without any clarifications. No changes have been made to this section.
