At the end of March 2016 mobile patrols of FMS of Russia, aimed to clarify migration legislation to foreign citizens began to work near the main transportation hubs in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Special vehicles of FMS of Russia, equipped with mobile complexes, aimed to give a foreign citizens an opportunity to talk directly with migration service representatives, ask a question and get an answer directly, for example, on topics related to patent registration, reported the «Izvestiya» with referring to the press service of the Federal Migration service of Russia in Moscow.
Priority is a clarification of norms of the Russian legislation, which is the prevention of offences.
Patrols will also fingerprint migrants. All mobile complexes of FMS of Russia are equipped with fingerprint scanners that allow identifying online and verifying the legitimacy of foreigners staying in Russia.
The Russian Federal Migration Service in Moscow reported, "patrols have the sudden nature".
