According to a statement on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it will expel and deny entry to Russia for migrants participating in mass fights.
This decision was made after an increase in the number of fights, including massive ones, with the participation of foreigners. The last high-profile event took place on the night of July 13, 2021 near the Kuzminki metro station in Moscow.
The ministry delivered judgements in relation to foreigners on administrative arrest for a period of 15 days, as well as on not allowing these foreign citizens to enter Russia. If they do not leave the territory of the country on their own, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will take measures to deport them.
The advising changes were also made by the Decree of the Government of Russia dated July 24, 2021 No. 1263 to the Regulation on the adoption, suspension and cancellation of the decision on the undesirability of the stay (residence) of a foreign citizen or stateless person in Russia, taken due to the presence of circumstances that create a real a threat to public health.
