On May 29, 2017, the Order of MIA of Russia № 233, the Order of the Russian Federal Security Service № 235, the Order of the Russian Foreign Ministry № 7018 as of April 27, 2017, «On the approval of the visa application form submitted by a foreign citizen or stateless person to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RF for obtaining a state services for registration, issue, renewal or restoration of a visa» will come into force.
This Order approves a new form of visa application form submitted by foreigners to the MIA of Russia for processing, renewal or restoration of a visa. The previous Order of the Federal Migration Service of Russia, the FSS of Russia, the Russian Foreign Ministry № 541/568/18657 as of 07.10.2014, which approved the earlier valid form of the visa application, was also recognized not applicable by the said Order. There are no changes in the new form of the visa application except data about the adopted bodies.
