On October 22, 2017, new forms of applications for issuing work permits to foreign citizens will come into force.
The new forms are introduced by two Orders of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia No. 637 and No. 638 as of August 14, 2017.
Order of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs as of 14.08.2017 No. 637 approves the following application forms:
- work permit for a foreign citizen;
- work permit for a foreign student;
- renewal of the validity period of work permit;
- issuing a duplicate of work permit;
- change of information in work permit.
Order of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 638 as of August 14, 2017 approves application form for work permit for a foreign citizen sent by a foreign commercial organization registered on the territory of a member state of the World Trade Organization for the purpose of carrying out labor activity on the territory of the Russia.
