The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia signed Order No. 106 dated February 14, 2022 “On Amendments…”, according to which the form of residence permit forms for stateless persons has changed.
At the same time, the Ministry draws your attention to the fact that the books that were valid before will continue to be issued until July 1, 2022 until the material is completely used up.
If you have a valid old-style book in your hands, you do not need to apply for its replacement. It remains valid for the entire validity period.
