The Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, V. Kolokoltsev, signed Order No. 800 dated November 2, 2021, which approved the forms, descriptions, procedure for recording documents confirming the passage of mandatory fingerprinting registration and photographing by foreign citizens and stateless persons who stayed in Russia for purposes not associated with the implementation of labor activities, for a period exceeding 90 calendar days, or in order to carry out labor activities.
The forms of the following documents were approved:
- the form of the document on the passage of fingerprinting registration and photographing in paper format;
- the form of the document on the passage of fingerprinting registration and photographing in the format of a card with an electronic data carrier.
Accounting for these documents will be kept in the register of receipt of document forms after their registration. In addition, the heads of the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are obliged to assign officials responsible for this accounting.
This order comes into force on December 29, 2021, simultaneously with the amendments to Federal Law No. 115-FZ dated July 25, 2002, for details you can find here.
