On June 6, 2018, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has adopted Order No. 356 "On approval of regulation on appointment and payment of remuneration by the police for assistance in disclosing crimes and detaining committed crimes persons".
This order can lead to increase of number of reports of committed crimes to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which may also affect the migration sphere. Citizens will be more active in sending reports about crimes to the MIA. In this regard, Confidence Group recommends that organizations more closely control compliance with legislation during all work processes.
