In November 2016, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs proposed the draft of Administrative Regulations on provision of public services for issuing the permits for foreign labor hire and work permits for foreign citizens.
The draft provides a new form of application for issuing permits for foreign labor hire, which will replace the form earlier approved by the FMS.
The terms of state services for issuing permits for foreign labor hire and work permits for foreign citizens, as well as the list of required documents, as compared to the same rules of the FMS, are not changed.
An independent assessment of the draft is completed on January 6, 2017.
