The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has published Decree No. 907 as of December 4, 2019 "On approval of the administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for provision of public services for registration, issuance, extension of validity and restoration of visas to foreign citizens and stateless persons".
The said order also approves new forms of applications and certificates related to issuing visas to foreign citizens.
This order will enter into force on January 28, 2019.
At the same time, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of November 16, 2017 No. 859 will lose force.
