In early February 2020, the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on provision of the status of an internally displaced person and extension of his validity period and provision on representations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs abroad were published. These regulations are approved by orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
