MIA of Russia has adopted the Order as of May 3, 2018 and the Order as of May 21, 2018, on processing and notification form on right of residence of Russian citizen in a foreign country and the form of a certificate of consideration of issue of asylum for a foreign citizen in Russia.
Order No. 311 of MIA as of May 21, 2018 approves the form of a certificate of the legal residence of a foreign citizen in the territory of Russia in connection with the consideration of his application for granting political asylum in Russia, as well as a certificate and petition for granting political asylum in Russia to a foreign citizen.
Order No. 267 of MIA as of May 3, 2018 approves the procedure for filing and forms of notifications of the presence of a citizen of Russia of another citizenship or temporary residence permit or other valid document confirming right to his permanent residence in a foreign country.
