July 24, 2017 three orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approving forms of documents in migration sphere and sphere of employment of foreign citizens will come into force.
The Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 390 as of June 19, 2017 "On approving the forms of work permits for foreign citizens and stateless persons" updates the forms of work permit for the following categories of foreign citizens:
- highly qualified specialists;
- involved in the implementation of labor activities for the purpose of implementing the project for the creation and operation of the Skolkovo Innovation Center;
- studying in the RF in full time in a professional educational organization or educational organization of higher education in the main professional educational program, which has state accreditation;
- sent by a commercial organization registered in the territory of a WTO member state to carry out activities in the territory of the RF;
- hired in the territory of advanced social and economic development;
- employed by an employer who is a participant of an international medical cluster project;
- hired on the territory of the free port of Vladivostok.
The Orders of the Federal Migration Service of Russia as of February 19, 2014 N 97, of 08/12/2014 N 636, of 09.02.2015 N 28 and of 09.10.2015 N 451 was recognized as not applicable.
The Order No. 391 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as of June 19, 2017 "On approving the form of a patent issued to a foreign citizen or a stateless person arriving in the RF from visa-free countries", the form of a patent issued to a foreign citizen from visa-free country– was updated.
The Order of the Federal Migration Service of Russia as of 08.12.2014 N 638, which approved the previously valid form was recognized as not applicable.
This Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has updated the form of the foreign labor hire permit. A new form of application for the issuance of the foreign labor hire permit is also approved.
The Orders of the Federal Migration Service of Russia as of 25.12.2006 N 369 and from 05.03.2009 N 47, by which the previously valid forms of this form and application were approved - recognized as not applicable.
All new forms will come into force on July 24, 2017. The documents, issued with an older form before this date, remain in force.
