On September 15, 2017, new application forms for a patent, its re-issuance, issuance of its duplicate or changing the information contained in the patent will come into force. These new application forms were approved by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
These forms are included into the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Order No. 635 as of August 14, 2017, "On the approval of the application forms for a patent, its re-issuance, issuance of its duplicate or changing the information contained in the patent".
The application for granting of a patent has been renamed into an application for registration of a patent. The name of the previously abolished Federal Migration Service of Russia in forms has been replaced by the "Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia".
At the moment the forms are available in uneditable format. Forms in filling, editable format will be available later and will be published on the website of Confidence Group.
