On March 11, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia No. 42 as of January 29, 2019 approves the forms of checklists for verifying that employers attracting foreign workers, receiving and inviting parties comply with the migration legislation of Russia.
For employers of foreign citizens there are questions about the availability of permits, the submission of relevant notices, the existence of labor contract, compliance with deadlines, as well as citizenship of foreign citizens (the question about citizenship of the EAEU).
For receiving and inviting parties, there are questions about timely notification of supervisory authorities about the arrival and departure of foreign citizens, about a foreign worker’s holiday and a foreign student’s academic holiday.
