On November 12, 2019, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Russia No. 623 as of September 16, 2019, "On approving the instructions on the organization of the activities of the MIA of Russia and its territorial bodies when considering applications and making decisions on the issues of citizenship of Russia" was published.
This Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approves the instruction on organizing the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs when considering applications for citizenship of Russia and making decisions on them, as well as two forms of conclusion on an application for changing citizenship in the general manner and a form of conclusion on canceling a decision on accepting citizenship of Russia, restoration of citizenship of Russia, recognition as a citizen of Russia or withdrawal from citizenship of Russia.
This Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will enter into force on November 22, 2019.
